Service Manager

Job Summary
Service Manager to coordinate global service jobs from initial customer requests through completion and invoicing, acting as the link between customers, service engineers, technical support and spare parts teams. Lead and develop a team of service engineers, assign and mobilize resources including travel/logistics, work with account managers and support teams to ensure successful job execution, review service reports and invoicing, and support quotations and customer follow-up. Requires engineering/technical background, experience in service operations or project coordination, proficiency with ERP/CRM/document management systems, strong planning and communication skills, and English fluency (Norwegian a plus). Base location: MacGregor’s Kristiansand office, Norway.
Required Qualifications
- Technical background with good engineering understanding
- Experience in service operations, field service, project coordination or similar
- Fluent in English; Norwegian is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities
- Strong planning and customer service skills
- Experience leading a team of service engineers (advantage)
