Job Summary
As a Lawn Care/Pest Control Service Manager, you will lead and develop teams by hiring, training, and motivating technicians. You'll ensure service excellence by conducting site inspections and maintaining quality standards while managing daily operations, including equipment, payroll, and scheduling. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on safety and compliance with regulations. You will support business growth by identifying efficiency opportunities and provide field leadership as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Technical knowledge with the ability to obtain an Applicator’s License within 30 days of hire
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in horticulture, business, or related field
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Approximately 20% travel
