Job Summary
Automotive Service Manager to lead and grow the dealership’s service department. Responsibilities include overseeing daily service operations, managing technicians and service advisors, distributing work, prioritizing services, ensuring high-quality repairs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Focus on efficiency, profitability, and team development. Key duties include interviewing and hiring, serving as liaison between technicians and customers, providing concierge support for owner inquiries, and building strong customer relationships.
