Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations of Bish’s RV internal service department to ensure PDIs, recon, and inventory readiness; drive internal service throughput and on-time unit completion while maintaining high quality standards. Build and coach a high-performing team focused on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement; optimize workflows to reduce bottlenecks and improve turnaround times; monitor metrics like cycle time, quality scores, and productivity; identify opportunities to improve margin through efficient labor utilization and value-added services. Maintain strong product knowledge across RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances) to support the team and troubleshoot issues; communicate status and escalations with internal stakeholders; contribute to dealership profitability through cost control and upsell opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in service operations or service management (RV or automotive preferred)
