Job Summary

Service Manager II in Woodsville, NH leads a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring safe operations, managing scheduling and dispatching of work, developing and coaching associates, and enforcing VIP processes and standards. Responsibilities include hiring and developing a superior team, coordinating LMS and vendor trainings, ensuring all associates pursue ASE certifications as applicable, maintaining service desk operations, communicating effectively with the team, leading safety adherence, and ensuring facility and equipment readiness. Requires strong leadership, verbal/written communication, analytical skills, automotive service knowledge, and a valid driver’s license with relevant certifications; standard work week is five days with 50 hours minimum.

Required Qualifications

  • Two years related experience in automotive service management
  • Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
  • Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
  • Equipment Safety Certification
  • ASE Certification C1– Service Consultant required
  • State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
  • ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
  • ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
