Job Summary

Service Manager II in Winslow, ME responsible for developing and leading an automotive service team to deliver VIP customer experiences while maintaining safety, regulatory compliance, and program standards. Responsibilities include hiring and developing a high-performing team, ensuring LMS and vendor trainings are completed, certifying technicians (ASE C1, P2, G1 where applicable), scheduling to meet customer needs, aligning communications and daily huddles, effectively dispatching work orders, maintaining a clean and compliant service environment, and acting as policy administrator to uphold service standards. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, operational oversight, and adherence to safety and ethics in a high-volume service setting.

Required Qualifications

  • Two years related experience in automotive service management
  • Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
  • Equipment Safety Certification
  • ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
  • ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
  • ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
  • State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
