Job Summary
Oversee the service department in Windham, ME as a Service Manager II, developing a high-potential team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring safety, policy compliance, and alignment with VIP programs. Responsibilities include hiring and developing associates, ensuring LMS and vendor training completion, coordinating scheduling for full operating hours, dispatching and prioritizing work orders to technicians, leading daily huddles and bi-monthly meetings, maintaining a clean and compliant service area, and enforcing the Code of Ethics and applicable regulations. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and automotive servicing knowledge, with the goal of preparing to advance into a Service Manager position while delivering VIP standards and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
- Possession of ASE Certification C1 is mandatory for this role
