Job Summary

Service Manager II in Sanford, ME leads a VIP team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring safety, policy compliance, and operational excellence. Responsible for hiring and developing a high-performing team, coordinating scheduling and daily huddles, guiding LMS and ASE training (including C1 Service Consultant and related certifications), managing dispatching of work orders to technicians, maintaining facility and equipment, and enforcing adherence to the service Code of Ethics and applicable regulations. Requires strong people leadership, effective communication, automotive service domain knowledge, and the ability to drive VIP programs and standards across the location. The role involves extensive coordination, training, and performance measurement to achieve customer satisfaction and store targets, with a standard 5-day work week and minimum 50 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

  • Two years related experience in automotive service management
  • completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
  • ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
  • Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
  • Equipment Safety Certification
  • State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
