Job Summary
Service Manager II at VIP in Old Town, ME lead and develop an automotive service team to deliver VIP customer experiences. Responsible for safety, compliance, and execution of VIP programs, hiring and coaching associates, scheduling to meet customer needs, communicating effectively, and managing dispatching of work orders. Requires ASE certifications (C1 mandatory, P2/G1 recommended), LMS training, and a valid driver’s license. Standard work week is five days with minimum 50 hours; role emphasizes policy adherence, facility/equipment maintenance, and ongoing staff development.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
