Job Summary
Service Manager II at VIP in Bangor, ME leads a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding VIP programs and standards. The role develops the team, hires and trains associates, ensures safety and compliance with policies, schedules staff to meet customer needs across all hours, manages dispatch of work orders to technicians, supports coaching and performance reviews, maintains a clean and compliant service environment, and communicates effectively with customers and management to meet service goals.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
