Job Summary
Service Manager II in Milford, NH leads an automotive service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding safety, regulatory compliance, and VIP program standards. Responsibilities include hiring and developing a high-performing team, scheduling to meet customer needs, coaching and communicating effectively, managing work orders and service delivery, ensuring facility and equipment readiness, and enforcing the Service Code of Ethics. Requires two years of automotive service management experience, two-year college or technical training preferred, ASE certifications (C1 required; P2 and G1 recommended), and a valid driver’s license. The role is exempt with a standard five-day, 50-hour workweek.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Understanding of automotive servicing and the industry
