Job Summary
Oversee automotive service operations as a Service Manager II, developing and leading a high-potential team to deliver VIP customer experiences. Responsibilities include hiring and developing associates, ensuring LMS and vendor training completion, ensuring ASE certifications, proper scheduling to meet service needs, coordinating daily communications and meetings, managing work orders and dispatching, supervising facility and equipment maintenance, enforcing safety and regulatory compliance, and acting as policy administrator while delivering results through standardized VIP processes.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1– Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
