Job Summary
Service Manager II position in Manchester, NH (exempt) responsible for developing and leading a VIP-team-focused automotive service operation. Key duties include prioritizing workplace safety, executing duties of the Assistant Manager, hiring and developing a high-performing team, ensuring LMS and vendor training completion, achieving ASE certifications, scheduling to meet customer needs across all hours of operation, effective team communication, and managing dispatch of work orders to technicians. Requires strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of automotive servicing. Standard work week is five days with a minimum of 50 hours; location-specific details indicate in-person operations at the Manchester location. Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1– Service Consultant required
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
