Job Summary
Service Manager II responsible for safety and building an exceptional automotive service team in a VIP environment. Develops and leads a high-performing team, ensures compliance with safety policies and federal/state regulations, executes VIP service standards, and mentors staff to achieve required LMS training and ASE certifications. Oversees scheduling, dispatching of work orders to technicians, conducts daily communications, and drives customer-focused service through rigorous process adherence and policy compliance. Demonstrates strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage a service department and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
- Current, valid driver’s license
