Job Summary

Service Manager II (SMII) responsible for leading a VIP service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensure safety compliance, train and develop associates, schedule and allocate work, supervise service desk operations, and uphold VIP standards across the location. Key duties include hiring and developing a high-performing team, ensuring LMS and vendor training completion, achieving ASE certifications, coordinating daily huddles and meetings, managing work orders and dispatching to technicians, maintaining facility and equipment standards, enforcing ethics and regulatory compliance, and supporting performance measurement through daily/weekly/monthly reporting. Requires strong people management, excellent communication, automotive servicing knowledge, and a background in automotive service management; two years of related experience and a two-year college/technical program are recommended; valid driver’s license and various ASE certifications are required or recommended.

Required Qualifications

  • Two years related experience in automotive service management
  • Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
  • Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
  • Equipment Safety Certification
  • ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
  • ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
  • ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
  • State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
