Job Summary
The Service Manager II oversees branch operations at the Fairbanks MAC Division, drives teller staff development, ensures exceptional member service, maintains regulatory compliance (including BSA/AML and OFAC), and supports the Branch Manager in day-to-day leadership. Key duties include supervising teller staff, coaching for service and sales goals, conducting audits, managing cash handling and end-of-day procedures, onboarding, and acting as Interim Branch Manager when needed to maintain smooth operations and risk mitigation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of one year experience in a financial institution.
