Job Summary
Service Manager II in Derry, NH; lead and develop an automotive service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding safety, regulatory compliance, and VIP program standards. Responsibilities include hiring and coaching staff, ensuring LMS and vendor trainings, achieving ASE certifications, scheduling across all hours, dispatching work to technicians, communicating with the team, maintaining facility and equipment, and enforcing the Service Code of Ethics. Requires strong leadership, business sense, and knowledge of automotive servicing; standard 5-day workweek with extensive hours; exempt position.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1– Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
