Job Summary
The Service Manager II at VIP in Concord, NH leads a service team to deliver safe operations and an exceptional customer experience while developing the next generation of service managers. The role emphasizes enforcing safety policies, executing VIP programs and standards, hiring and coaching associates, scheduling to meet customer needs, effective communication, LMS and ASE training, and compliance with applicable regulations and the company’s Code of Ethics.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
