Job Summary
Service Manager II responsible for leading an automotive service team in Claremont, NH, to deliver VIP customer experiences while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to VIP programs. Leads hiring and development of associates, drives LMS and vendor training, ensures ASE certifications (C1, P2, G1) and related licenses, manages scheduling and dispatch of work orders, maintains facility and equipment, enforces service codes of ethics, and supports performance reporting and continuous improvement. Requires two years of automotive service management experience and relevant certifications; role is exempt with a 5-day, ~50 hours/week schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
- Equipment Safety Certification
- Driver’s license in state of residence
