Job Summary
Service Manager II in Calais, ME responsible for leading an automotive service team, delivering VIP customer experiences, and ensuring safe, compliant operations. Role involves hiring and developing associates, scheduling to meet service demand, guiding technicians, communicating across the team, and enforcing service standards and policies. Must oversee training (LMS and vendor), ASE certifications, and vendor coordination, while managing facility and equipment maintenance and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Successful candidate will drive performance through coaching, daily huddles, and iterative improvements to service processes, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
- Current, valid driver’s license
- Equipment Safety Certification
