Job Summary
Service Manager II in Bedford, NH responsible for developing and leading an automotive service team to deliver high-quality customer experiences. Key duties include ensuring safety compliance, managing service operations across the location, hiring and developing associates, coordinating schedule and workflow, driving the 5-for-5 customer education process, overseeing dispatch of work orders to technicians, maintaining facility and equipment, and ensuring adherence to the service Code of Ethics and applicable regulations. Requires strong leadership and communication skills, automotive service knowledge, LMS and vendor training, ASE certifications (C1 required; P2 and G1 recommended), and a minimum of two years in automotive service management. Employment is exempt (salary) with a standard 5-day work week and at least 50 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
