Job Summary
Oversees teller operations across the banking centers, mentors and coaches staff, drives exceptional customer service and cross-sells bank products, balances cash handling duties with audit and risk controls, and ensures compliance with internal policies and federal regulations (BSA/OFAC/CIP/AML). Responsible for staffing, coaching, scheduling, performance evaluation, and pursuing sales/referral goals while maintaining strong operating controls and training across locations. Requires the ability to adapt to changing requirements, multi-task, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Bilingual in English and Spanish and flexible hours are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, preferred
- Equivalent amount of experience in sales, marketing or operations may substitute the degree preference
- (5) years of teller experience or (3) years of teller experience at Lone Star National Bank
- Prior management experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, required
