Job Summary

Maintain a positive attitude and greet customers by name to ensure prompt, efficient, and friendly service throughout the store. Supervise and coordinate employee activities, assign duties, and evaluate performance for promotions or disciplinary actions. Manage inventory by ordering merchandise, verifying deliveries, and ensuring product quality meets store demands. Compile sales and inventory reports, handle cash registers, and address customer issues while enforcing safety procedures and store policies. Stay current with market trends and train staff on updated procedures.
