Job Summary
Seasoned Housekeeping Manager for a high-profile hotel environment. Leads and optimizes daily housekeeping operations, schedules, and resource allocation; conducts routine inspections and quality audits of guest rooms and facilities; drives improvements in departmental efficiency, productivity, and service quality; fosters a high-performing, guest-focused team through coaching and performance management; ensures adherence to Shangri-La standards, policies, and procedures across all housekeeping activities; must demonstrate hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to maintain impeccable cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced luxury hotel setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar managerial role or at least 3 years as a Housekeeping Supervisor within a reputable hotel
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, guest room management, service standards, and quality assurance practices
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and the local language
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and operational hours
