Job Summary

Lead and manage Horizon Commercial Pools’ Service Department in Minnesota, overseeing daily service routing for technicians, recruitment and development of staff, and top-tier customer care. Drive operational efficiency, safety, and compliance while growing service contracts and profitability. Responsibilities include planning service routes, responding to emergencies, coaching technicians and service coordinators, providing quotes and repair options, maintaining service records and warranties, and collaborating with sales to identify growth opportunities. Strong leadership, technical acumen in pool equipment, and CRM software experience are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in pool service, HVAC, plumbing, or related field with some management experience
  • Leadership skills that inspire, motivate, and guide a team to success
  • Experience with scheduling and CRM software (bonus points for NetSuite and ServicePRO)
  • Technical troubleshooting across plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems
  • Strong communication and customer-service aptitude
  • Valid driver’s license
