Service Manager

Oversee and manage the day-to-day service team and customer service operations of the branch to achieve monthly budgets. Counsel, train, and develop employees while managing performance, ensuring they understand company products, pest biology, and application laws. Apply products in accordance with regulations using inspection and application tools, obtaining state certification when eligible. Enter crawl spaces, structures, and tight spaces while tolerating various environmental conditions. Maintain flexible work hours including Saturdays and shifts before 8:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. Requires previous route management experience in a service-oriented industry and valid driver's license.
