Job Summary
Conduct daily one-on-one client status meetings with each ASM to identify potential service issues and monitor automotive repair to prevent operational delays. Work with the service director to set departmental objectives, recruit and train service staff, and maintain daily sales and production records. Review service sales performance, staff technical teams relative to production requirements, and maintain department finances within established parameters. Assure proper repair-order flow, monitor warranty activity for compliance, enforce OSHA regulations, administer payroll, and conduct performance evaluations. Participate in operational planning, maintain the facility and equipment, and remain current on new products.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- 2 to 4 years of related experience
