Job Summary
Service Manager for Hilltop Residential responsible for organizing and prioritizing service requests and repairs, inspecting grounds and buildings to maintain curb appeal, overseeing turnkey operations and making vacant units rent-ready, executing service requests via computer software, performing make-readies, following SOPs, maintaining knowledge of local/state codes for permits and pool rules, enforcing company policies, communicating with residents and staff, supporting the community director with maintenance-related resident issues, documenting counseling with maintenance staff, implementing a preventative maintenance program to minimize emergencies, maintaining hazard communications and safe work practices, assisting with recruiting/training of staff and budgeting/bid processes, and purchasing supplies and vendor services under supervision; requires EPA/HVAC certification and driving/travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience
- Proficiency with property management software systems
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
- EPA/HVAC license or certification
- Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
