Job Summary
Lead Aftersales Commercial Vehicle operations in Dubai as a commercially driven Service Manager for heavy-duty trucks. Drive branch performance across revenue, gross margin, sold hours, and service-related sales; manage overall service center operations for efficiency, productivity, and quality; monitor KPIs such as NPS and FIR; ensure compliance with OEM standards and local regulations; conduct daily alignment meetings with Service, Workshop, and Parts teams; coach and develop team members to improve capability and engagement; analyze customer feedback to implement continuous improvement; manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams, OEMs and customer-facing functions; oversee branch P&L, forecasting and reporting to meet financial targets; ensure health, safety, and environmental standards within the service center.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automotive or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years of experience within Commercial Vehicle industry
- At least 5 years of experience in Aftersales leadership or Service Manager roles within Commercial Vehicle industry
- Strong experience managing service operations, workshop performance, and P&L
