Service Manager

Direct vendors and service teams for ground maintenance, building upkeep, and resident work orders, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, and pool maintenance. Lead housekeeping staff for unit preparation and common area cleaning, while managing inventory, tools, and supplies. Inspect completed work for conformance to standards, resolve work problems, and ensure resident satisfaction. Facilitate team meetings on safety, policies, and goals; evaluate staff performance and enforce company policies. Maintain accurate records for preventive maintenance, inventories, and purchase orders. Assist with apartment check-in and check-out inspections and distribute community notices. Requires weekends and on-call availability. Located in Phoenix, AZ.
