Service Manager

Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service by serving as a liaison between technicians and clients. Manage and hire service technicians and advisors, interview new candidates, and distribute work to prioritize required services. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled while spending quality time building relationships. Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression.
