Job Summary
Manage and mentor a team of field service technicians providing service for commercial dish machines and chemical dispensers. Improve route and work efficiencies while increasing overall service levels through continuous training to enhance technician knowledge and effectiveness. Recruit and train additional service technicians as needed to support the Service Division of a well-established manufacturer of cleaning chemicals. Travel mainly within Texas and sometimes to neighboring states. Requires minimum 10 years of service experience with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of service experience
- Must have electrical, mechanical and plumbing knowledge
- Team oriented
- Strong English grammar, math and computer skills
- Good communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Technical knowledge of commercial dish machines is an important asset
- Sales experience is an asset
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
- Bachelor's degree is an asset
