Job Summary
Lead automotive service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences by hiring and developing a high-performing staff, ensuring safety/compliance, and managing day-to-day operations of the service department. Responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching work orders, coaching associates toward ASE certifications, maintaining facility and equipment, upholding the Code of Ethics, and communicating with management to achieve target performance. Requires strong leadership, business acumen, and knowledge of automotive servicing and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
- Equipment Safety Certification
