Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of technical coordinators while managing the external service provider for building technical operations, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule compliance. Execute the existing service contract, monitor service level agreements, and analyze disruptions to drive improvement measures. Guarantee high equipment availability and adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards while planning and controlling the department budget. Identify process optimization opportunities and actively implement digitalization initiatives to enhance transparency and efficiency. Requires multiple years of facility management experience, leadership background, and strong German/English skills. Full-time role in Germany with competitive compensation and benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Technische Grundausbildung mit einer höheren Weiterbildung im Bereich Facility Management, Gebäudetechnik, Betriebswirtschaft, Instandhaltung oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (HF/FH oder gleichwertig)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Gebäudebetrieb, Facility Management oder im industriellen Umfeld
- Erste Führungserfahrung sowie Freude daran, Mitarbeitende und Teams weiterzuentwickeln
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Digitalisierung, Datenmanagement und der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen
- Hohe IT-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit modernen Arbeits- und Managementsystemen
- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Kosten, Budgets und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Partnern und Dienstleistern
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
