Job Summary
Service Manager for EquipmentShare's rental facility in San Angelo, TX. Responsible for leading a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians, using the T3 platform to create/assign/monitor work orders, tracking service intervals, ordering parts, diagnosing issues from multiple makes/models, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction through proactive service and clear communication. Duties include supervising mechanics, scheduling repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment, maintaining customer relationships, responding to inquiries/complaints, training and development, and maintaining a safe work environment. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or Trade school certificate preferred
- Experience leading maintenance teams
- 3 years of maintenance and service experience (preferred)
- Experience in field service, maintenance and repair (preferred)
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; 21+ to operate company vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Safety-sensitive position; drug screen required
