Job Summary
Service Manager at EquipmentShare’s Pecos, TX rental facility: lead a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians, create/assign/monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using real-time data. Oversee scheduling of repairs for customer and company-owned equipment, maintain and grow customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and train/develop staff while maintaining a safe work environment. Requires industry knowledge in construction or rental, leadership experience coordinating maintenance teams, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and a clean driving record; High School diploma or trade-school certificate preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of maintenance and service experience
- Experience leading maintenance teams
- High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
- Experience in field service or maintenance and repair preferred
