Job Summary
Manage front-of-house operations for a fast-paced, full-service restaurant, overseeing recruitment, hiring, training, employee reviews, discipline, and compliance with policies; communicate professionally with guests, employees, and leadership; perform general administrative tasks such as opening/closing duties, cash handling, refunds, and maintaining facilities; provide training for front-of-house staff and coach hourly employees, with the ability to fill in any FOH role; contribute to a collaborative hospitality culture and support multiple restaurants under Hogsalt; requires 3+ years in a fast-paced restaurant and 1+ year in a management role, plus open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
- At least 1 year of experience in a management position
- Ability to identify problems and be solution-oriented in regards to service and restaurant operations
- Must have open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; schedule subject to modification and/or approval by the Service Director or Vice President of Service & Operations
- Must be able to frequently lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
