Job Summary
Service Manager needed to lead Eagle Fire Inc.'s service operations in the Hampton, VA region. Responsibilities include directing daily service activities, supervising technicians and administrative staff, approving timesheets and expenses, maintaining staffing levels, planning and assigning work, coordinating material procurement, ensuring proper documentation of inspections, installations, and repairs for internal records and AHJs, acting as primary customer contact, resolving service issues promptly, upholding customer satisfaction and brand reputation, handling transactions, fulfilling obligations, and developing/managing budgets to align with financial targets. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and proficiency with industry software. NICET certification is required (Level II; Level III preferred); minimum 5 years of management experience and 10+ years in the fire protection industry. Travel as needed; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum NICET Level II certification; Level III preferred
- 5+ years of management experience
- 10+ years in fire protection industry
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking)
- Strong leadership and customer-service orientation
- Knowledge of fire protection codes and standards
- Experience with inspections, service, and contract work processes
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and industry-related software
