Job Summary
Service Manager to lead the service department at Dondelinger Ford CDJR, overseeing daily operations and a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Focus on improving workflow, scheduling, quality control, and key metrics such as CSI, productivity, labor sales, and profitability. Build strong customer relationships to convert visitors into lifelong clients, manage warranty claims and parts inventory, ensure manufacturer compliance, and collaborate with sales/parts/leadership to maximize dealership performance. Implement best practices in a high-volume environment and drive process improvements to deliver exceptional service experiences.
