Job Summary
Collaborate daily with Dispatch, Project Coordination, Warehouse, and Technical Teams to ensure technicians are set up for success. Hold technicians accountable for processes, provide coaching on compliance and skill sets, and promptly answer field questions to maximize onsite efficiency. Coordinate specialty parts orders for complex job fulfillment, lead onboarding for new hires, and deliver field coaching for trainees while upskilling seasoned staff. Maintain high health and safety standards, manage truck stock inventory and fleet assets, and provide administrative support including payroll approvals, time-off requests, and performance reviews. Be the first point of management to resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure invoice accuracy. Work alongside technicians to maintain operational readiness across the Eastern Region.
