Job Summary
The Service Manager at DistributionNOW is responsible for supervising Service Technicians and the Service Coordinator, coordinating service calls, recording and tracking technician hours, and managing warranty claims. Key responsibilities include maintaining the Service Department’s budget, promoting revenue growth, adhering to safety regulations, and maintaining the Service Truck fleet. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer service orientation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
