Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of the Entry Door service department, plan and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments, review workload and manpower to meet commitments cost-effectively, ensure projects are completed timely and within budget, review financial/operational reports and develop action plans, improve field-force performance through regular reviews, assist with hiring, training and developing new employees, and maintain strong communication with customers while applying technical and mechanical-system knowledge to service operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred and a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing personnel
- Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
- Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
