Service Manager

Review daily service orders and routes to verify billing accuracy, then assign and schedule all field work, deliveries, and warehouse activities for a team of seven. Perform daily reviews with technicians and route drivers, while consistently monitoring and administering company policies to enforce minimum performance standards. Spend at least 25% of time in the field conducting service work or ride-along training missions to monitor team performance. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, personally resolve negative situations, and visit damage claims to ensure timely filing of liability and workers compensation claims. Conduct monthly safety meetings, maintain inventory control logs, and manage equipment and supply inventory. Perform financial analysis of revenue and cost categories to identify improvement opportunities and achieve budgeted service revenues. This role requires 3-5 years of front-line supervisory experience and a background in water treatment or plumbing.
