Service Manager in Concord, NH leading an automotive service team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role entails ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient service department with a standard 5-day workweek and 50-hour expectation.

Required Qualifications

  • Two years related experience in automotive service management
  • Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
  • Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
  • Equipment Safety Certification
  • ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
  • ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
  • ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
  • State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
