Job Summary
Service Manager in Concord, NH leading an automotive service team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include building and coaching a high-performing team, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, scheduling and resource management, dispatching and prioritizing service work, maintaining facility standards, and administering service policies and ethics. Requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage training and certifications (ASE, LMS, and related), and a proven track record in automotive service management. The role entails ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient service department with a standard 5-day workweek and 50-hour expectation.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
