Job Summary
Lead daily operations for the commercial roofing service department by supervising technicians, coordinating repair and maintenance projects, and scheduling leak responses. Manage preventative maintenance programs, develop client estimates and proposals, and build relationships with building owners and facility directors. Monitor department profitability, ensure OSHA compliance, and coordinate materials and workforce scheduling while resolving service issues quickly. This role requires 7–10 years of commercial roofing experience and strong leadership skills. The base salary is $100,000–$120,000 with performance bonuses and a commission incentive program. Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in commercial roofing, industrial roofing, or related construction service operations
- Previous leadership experience managing commercial roofing service, repair, or maintenance teams
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, leak investigation, preventative maintenance, roof restoration, and repair methods
- Experience preparing estimates, proposals, and managing project budgets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and service crews simultaneously
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel within the service territory as needed
