Job Summary
Manage and lead the Service Team within the branch while helping grow the Roofing Service business for new and existing commercial clients. Dispatch calls to field technicians, schedule crews, and ensure appropriate inventory levels. Monitor quality, safety, and training requirements through regular job site visits. Prepare takeoffs and estimates, follow up on quotes, and attend client meetings to explain service opportunities. Promote the brand via marketing channels and network at industry events. Support corporate initiatives and business development objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years' experience in Commercial Roofing, Service dept required
- Strong, positive management, delegation, planning and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
- Experienced in using MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD
