Job Summary
Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest technician routes are successfully completed while maintaining regulatory compliance and safety standards. Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests, and inspect the performance of local Pest Technician teams to ensure effective service delivery. Manage inventory levels of pest control products and facilitate continual training for sales and service teams. Lead and motivate the local team to provide outstanding product delivery, ensuring high customer satisfaction across commercial accounts. Requires a valid driver's license, associate's degree, and willingness to relocate.

- Comfort working outside and in confined spaces like crawl spaces and attics when necessary
- Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
- Ability to resolve conflicts and disputes in a non-violent and non-disruptive manner
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle on public streets
