Job Summary
Service Manager for the Industrial X-Ray Systems division in Taipei, responsible for providing customers with technical support including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of X-ray systems; manage regional inventory and service logistics to align with financial and quality standards; act as a technical consultant to drive operational excellence, business growth, and customer satisfaction; collaborate with Sales and other internal departments; requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Physics, 4+ years in semiconductor equipment service/FAE, expertise in IC packaging/testing or optical inspection, strong problem-solving and CRM/financial compliance focus, English proficiency, and a valid local driver’s license; benefits include flexible working options, profit sharing, and international teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, or related technical fields
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in semiconductor equipment service or Field Application Engineering (FAE) roles
- Technical expertise in IC packaging/testing, optical component inspection, or semiconductor test program development
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset, organizational skills and attention to details (CRM data and financial compliance)
- Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid local driver’s license
