Job Summary
Service Manager to directly lead our customer-facing service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management, leadership to drive world-class service, resolving customer issues, training the team in effective sales techniques, supporting service reps in the field, and achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals while managing budgets and operational issues. Hands-on support includes accompanying service representatives or visiting customers to assist in pickup/delivery of products or services, and driving a company-owned vehicle to customer locations; lifting and moving products with focus on maintaining high customer goodwill.
Required Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
