Job Summary
Directly manage our customer facing Service team with responsibilities including hiring and performance management; lead the team to achieve sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction; provide leadership to foster a safe working environment; resolve customer-related issues; train the team on effective sales techniques; perform goodwill at customer sites; oversee budget and operational issues; hands-on support of direct reports including accompanying service representatives or visiting customers to assist in pickup/delivery of products or services; drive a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lift and move Cintas products as needed; ensure world-class service and goodwill to customers; perform managerial duties.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Preferred: Management experience
- Experience in industrial sales or customer service
- Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
